Short, because the site does very little. There is no form on it, no account, no analytics and no advertising trackers.
When you confirm your year of birth we keep a single yes/no flag, and the date you gave it, in your own browser's local storage so you are not asked again for thirty days. Your birth year itself is never stored and never leaves your device. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Writing to hello@anyonesdrinks.com means we hold your address and whatever you put in the message, for as long as it takes to answer you and keep a record of the conversation. We use it to reply, and for nothing else. We don't sell or rent it, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
The site is served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and diagnostics. We don't use those logs to build any profile of you.
You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it: write to hello@anyonesdrinks.com. If you think we've handled your data badly you can complain to your national data protection authority.
